Terms & Conditions for Ticket Purchase and Participation

By purchasing a ticket to Zenos Health Summit 2025, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These provisions are designed to protect your experience, uphold the integrity of the event, and clarify responsibilities for all parties involved.

Event Dates & Location

• Dates: October 23–25, 2025 (all session times and deadlines follow Saudi Arabia Standard Time, GMT +3).
• Location: Bab Samhan Hotel, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Ticket Sales & Access

• All ticket sales are processed securely through Cvent, the official registration and payment platform.
• Tickets are available in two tiers (Silver & Gold). Benefits for each tier are described on the registration page.
• Early bird discounts apply during the promotional window and are subject to availability.
• Tickets are digital and non‑refundable. Each ticket admits one registrant to the event on the specified dates.

Proof of Identity & Admission

• Present a valid government‑issued photo ID that matches the name on the ticket.
• Lost or stolen ticket reprints cost $150.

Ticket Restrictions

• Tickets are transferable once.
• Entry credentials must not be altered or duplicated.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final and non‑refundable.
• Cancellations 45+ days prior will get a hotel refund; the rest is credited to your account.
• Cancellations within 45 days forfeit the hotel refund.

No Pets or Service Animals

• Only qualified service animals allowed. Emotional support animals are not permitted.

Accessibility & ADA Compliance

• Bab Samhan Hotel is ADA compliant.
• Contact us 30 days in advance for accommodations.

Compliance with Local Laws & Customs

• Attendees must follow Saudi laws and customs, including dress codes and photo restrictions.
• Unauthorized possession of restricted substances is prohibited.

Consumption of Licensed Beverages & Restricted Substances

• Licensed beverages may be served during sessions.
• Consumption is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Underage or restricted substances are strictly prohibited.

Event Conduct & Safety

• Respectful behavior is required. Disruptive activity may lead to removal without refund.

Program Content & Disclaimers

• Content is educational and not medical advice.

Protection of Speaker Content

• No recordings, sharing, or reproduction of speaker content without permission.

After‑Event Gatherings & Special Activities Liability

• Optional activities are attended at your own risk.

Use of Likeness & Recordings

• You grant permission to be filmed or photographed during the event for promotional use.

Changes to Program, Speakers, or Venue

• Event details may change. No refunds unless the event is canceled entirely.

Health, Safety & Emergency Procedures

• Health protocols may apply. Updates will be sent prior to the event.

Hotel Reservations & Accommodation

• Follow Bab Samhan Hotel’s cancellation policies. You’re liable for room damages.

International Payment & Currency

• All ticket prices are in USD. VAT may apply.

Code of Conduct & Harassment Policy

• Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination.

Liability & Indemnification

• Organizers are not liable for injuries or loss. You agree to indemnify the organizers.

Intellectual Property

• All materials are the property of their creators. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

Privacy & Data

• Your info will only be used for event communications. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Use of Likeness & Promotional Materials

• You grant rights to use your likeness in promotional content without compensation.

Force Majeure (Saudi Arabia Edition)

• In case of cancellation due to uncontrollable events, credit will be issued for future use.
