Mazen Karnaby, CEO and Founder of Zenos Health, is redefining wellness through science-backed innovation and determination. A BS Pharmacy graduate, his journey shifted in 2023 after a melanoma diagnosis, sparking his mission to unlock longevity and optimal health.

Refusing to accept aging as decline, he immersed himself in biohacking and launched Zenos Health in 2024. Today, the brand delivers clinically proven supplements designed to enhance vitality, resilience, and quality of life. Under Mazen’s leadership, Zenos Health stands at the intersection of science and accessibility, setting new standards in the supplement industry.

Marwan Karnaby, Co-Founder of Zenos Health, is a pharmaceutical expert with a passion for advancing human longevity. A Pharmacy graduate since 1994, he brings decades of experience in formulation and therapeutic development. In 2023, his brother Mazen’s melanoma diagnosis became the driving force behind his mission to fight aging at its core and empower others to take control of their health.

Combining scientific expertise with personal devotion, Marwan partnered with Mazen to build Zenos Health, a brand rooted in biohacking and clinical integrity. His commitment ensures every formulation delivers purity, efficacy, and real results.
